Michele R. Jones [“MJ”], with over 30 years of passionate expertise, empowers women to break free of frustrating, self-limiting, painful “voices” of the past so they may fulfill their God-given potential and make an eternal impact with their life story.
In 2001, at the age of 40, after 20 years as a successful Corporate professional, she retired to devote efforts to the vision and development of the Time to Fly Foundation (TTF), a faith-based domestic abuse prevention/intervention non-profit program providing holistic restoration for families. The local, state and federal government levels honor the efficacy of the 20-year faith-based model that helps countless families recover from every form of abuse.
In 2017 she launched Mining For GEMS, a faith-based women’s leadership development program to help women clarify, organize and confidently accelerate the execution of their assigned vision with her proven G.E.M. system. Hundreds of testimonies attribute her mentorship to the successful launch of their books, service organizations, ministries, speaking opportunities, podcasting, promotions in the workplace, sky-rocketing confidence, and improved interpersonal skills.
Known as a Kingdom Communicator and “spiritual midwife”, Michele is a Certified Master Strategy Coach, a #1 Best Selling author [with books read in 17 countries], a Cine Golden Eagle Award-Inspirational Film Executive Producer, Radio show host, a world traveler, a philanthropist, and an in-demand speaker. Ruth Pegeron, Event Emcee
Ruth is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is the founder and owner of Lay To Rest Services, LLC, which includes a Cremation and Funeral Home , Mortuary Transportation, and Funeral Planning & Consulting businesses in Springfield, VA. Ruth’s 25+ years of professional and personal experiences with business, retail, human resources, caregiving and death propelled her to start Lay To Rest Services, where all of her life skills are being fully utilized.
Ruth is exceptional with overall interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills, which affords her to relate very well to people of all faiths, ethnicities, races and cultures. She has exceptionally high standards and operates under God’s guides of integrity, respect, and selflessness.
Ruth serves under the Care Ministry as the Bereavement and GriefShare Leader for Grace Covenant Church. Ruth is also an Insight Certified Funeral Celebrant. She is on the advisory board for Women of Good Works non-profit. Ruth is currently enrolled at the Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service, pursuing a Mortuary Science Degree.
Lastly, she was recently appointed to the board of directors as Treasurer for The Time to Fly Foundation, a faith-based nonprofit helping women and children recover from domestic violence.
