“Our unhealthy relationship “dance” wore me down. I was trying to keep everyone happy and losing myself. During week 6 of the course, I realized I was sleeping better after learning about and starting to apply healthy boundaries! My parents never taught me that, and I would feel guilty whenever I said “NO”.

The restlessness and waking up in the middle of the night are subsiding. My mind is more peaceful than before, WITHOUT my usual nightstand “martini drink” I've realized NO is a POWERFUL Word, and it's changed how we relate at home AND even with my boss at work. I think I'm “growing up.”
