Pamm Little of the TTF Community Awareness Team attended Fairfax County's Proclamation for Women's History Month. The Board of Supervisors honored the historic contributions women have made in the county. Esteemed guests include Ludmila Chigak- 92 years and Gertrude Billman- 90 years of age.

Breaking the Cycle

The Children

TTF provides instruction for children aged 2 to 12 while their mothers are attending the adult course. Our trained volunteer Childcare Instructors teach children timeless truths of their value and worth! Their training also includes learning healthy interpersonal skills, relationship boundaries and encourages each child’s inborn creativity and talents to develop. Training helps with abuse prevention, intervention and strengthening of family unit.

The Annual Chosen Generation Conference
A FUN inspirational day for all the child participants of TTF training. Over 70 children were invited to the first conference in 2005. Their special afternoon includes teachings on self esteem and leadership development, out door games, a moonbounce, a "make your own sundae bar" and FREE back-to-school haircuts. This day is also in memorial to Maria Meriles, Co-Founder of TTF who saw the vision in 2001 to initiate our Children's Program serving those who’ve witnessed or experienced abuse.
